Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with PrimeGate Store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@primegate.store with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please do not send items back to us without prior authorization.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at sales@primegate.store


Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Health and personal care items
